Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where we center you—your experiences, your healing, and your growth. Whether you're navigating the weight of generational expectations, experiencing anxiety or burnout, or unpacking trauma from your past, our sessions are rooted in cultural sensitivity and evidence-based care.

Our work together integrates modalities like CBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, and mindfulness practices. But more importantly, it’s about creating a space where you can safely explore your story and begin to write a new one—from a place of clarity, self-trust, and emotional freedom.

EMDR Therapy
EMDR is a research-based therapy that helps the brain heal from difficult or traumatic experiences.

When something painful happens, your mind and body can get “stuck” in the emotional response of that moment, even long after it’s over.

EMDR helps you process those memories safely so they no longer feel as intense or overwhelming.
During sessions, we use gentle eye movements, tapping, or sounds to help your brain reprocess distressing memories and create new, more balanced connections. This allows your nervous system to shift from survival mode to a place of calm and clarity.

a Consultation Call
You first book a call that suits your schedule and we do a quick, up to 30 minute discovery call to see if we're a good match

If we are good match we can schedule a treatment plan that suits your mental health needs.
Monitoring Progress
I use a multiple approaches to heal your trauma, depression and anxiety. We will monitor progress and complete treatment.

What services do you offer?
I offer individual therapy for adults and teens, focusing on trauma, stress, life transitions, first-generation challenges, and identity work. I also integrate a somatic approach to help you connect with your body during the healing process.
What is a somatic approach?
A somatic approach means we don’t just talk about feelings, we notice where they live in your body. We might use grounding exercises, mindful movement, or breathwork to help release tension and build a sense of safety from the inside out.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions so you can choose what feels most comfortable and accessible for you.
What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you hope to work on, and any questions you have. You set the pace; there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.
How long are the sessions and how often do we meet?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Many clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions, but we’ll decide together what makes sense for you.
Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Let’s talk about what works best for you.
